Trouble with your modem connecting or disconnecting?

Because of USFamily.Net's patent pending priority system, there is never a busy signal.  You should connect the 1st time every time and stay connected as long as you are working at your computer. and your priority permits. *

Some people have trouble with their modems failing to connect or disconnecting randomly, especially during heavy use like a file   download.  This is most commonly caused by a modem in your computer that is slightly ill, has a compatibility problem of some kind, or has the wrong modem driver installed.  Because we value happy customers and try to provide a service quality far beyond what the other more expensive services provide, we have developed a modem trade in program where we supply tested replacement modems far below our cost, to help you resolve this kind of issue.  The most popular replacement modem is just $10.
