Use a Shared Line Appearance


To Park a call on a Shared Line Appearance

While on a call:

  1. Press the Transfer (two telephone) dedicated key, or softkey
  2. Press the Shared Line Appearance busy lamp where you want to park the call
When the call is successfully parked, the Shared Line Appearance will begin flashing indicating there is a call parked on that Shared Line.


To Pickup a call from a Shared Line Appearance

While your phone is idle:

  1. Press the flashing busy lamp for the Shared Line Appearance you would like to pickup a call from. You should hear a short beep and the call will become active on your phone.


Tip: if the Shared Line Appearance is not flashing, there are no calls currently parked on the shared line to pickup.
