DELETE LARGE E-MAILS FROM
CLOGGING
YOUR INBOXHaving trouble sending and receiving
mail, or have a large e-mail you don't want to download? Its possible that your inbox may
be clogged by an abnormally large e-mail.
With USFamily.Net Webmail, you can view and delete large e-mails from your Inbox, which
will allow e-mail to be sent and received from your e-mail application (i.e. Outlook
Express).
To do this, simply click on the Webmail link from the menu bar on USFamily.Net or
USFamilyMall. You can view all messages that have been sent to you and see the e-mails
file size (listed in the right hand column).
To remove an abnormally large e-mail that is clogging your inbox, select the checkbox
next to the e-mail message and then click delete. This will remove the large e-mail from
your inbox.
You can also use Webmail to easily report SPAM and view deleted messages, and delete
messages that you have received multiple times.
