Multiple Emailbox  Setup
To setup multiple mailboxes you need to know what email program you are using. The name of your email program is usually on the top blue bar of your email screen or under the help menu.  Find the right instructions below.  Click here if you need to add another email address.

Webmail

• Webmail is the simplest way to check all your mailboxes. Webmail takes no setup and works anywhere, even behind firewalls. If you wish you may use Webmail in addition to any other mail program.  Webmail is on our main menu or click here,

Outlook Express

• To add additional mailboxes to outlook express just follow the origional instructions and add a second account.

• Many people do not like the way Outlook Express handles multiple mailboxes as it tends to read and mix all the mail together.  Netscape keeps the email boxes completely separate. Microsoft has addressed this issue in OE5 with the concept of "Identities".

• Some people use Eudora or Webmail for their 2nd mailbox because they dont like the way older Outlook Express handles multiple mailboxes.

Netscape Communicator

• To setup additional mailboxes "Profiles" in Netscape

• click start

• click programs

• click netscape communicator

• click utilities

• click user profile manager

• add each additional profile

.Internet Mail

• Internet Mail is Microsoft's oldest email program and can not handle multiple mailboxes.  You can download IE5 with outlook express free but the download takes about 2 hours You could also use Eudora for the 2nd mailbox.

Eudora Lite

• Eudora Lite does not support multiple mailboxes but you can download and install Eudora Lite a second time specifing a new directory and use seperate copies of Eudora Lite for each mailbox.  Eudora Pro does support multiple mailboxes but has a fee.
