  I made an example but it could look even better. It is all going to populated from the users account
  so there will need to be a base form that is filled in per account.

  After that it should pull up that month populated with there account info for that month.  I made an
  Example but we need to decide if thats all the info that needs to be shown and also decide what border
  we want to go with ether the single black line or the indented box's.
