Priority System

In order to provide fair access to our system resources, we utilize our patented Priority System. USFamily.Net keeps track of the number of hours each subscriber uses for the past 30 days. If all of our access lines become full (typically between 8pm and 11pm), rather than give a busy signal to a user dialing in, the Priority system will temporarily interrupt the user who is currently connected and has used the most hours in the previous 30 days.
