"I want to thank you for the modem exchange program. My old modem would not connect any faster than 19,200. I picked up one of your Lucent modems and got an updated driver and now I connect anywhere from 19,200 to around 40, most often around 33. All my research on my slow connection speed put the blame on my phone lines and led me to believe that 19,200 was the best I would get, but Jason and another fellow there said your Lucent modem might help and convinced me to give it a try. I'm glad I did! Thanks for the great service!"
